Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express. Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages HomeBodyPet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the damage.
